1. Services Kreatifi MB provides video production services including paid ads, sales videos, and organic content. All deliverables and timelines are agreed upon before project start.
2. Payment Payment is due as agreed per project — either upfront or in installments. Work begins after payment is received. Late payments may delay delivery.
3. Revisions Each project includes revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
4. Ownership Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds Refunds are handled according to the guarantee terms specified in your project agreement. If no guarantee applies, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
6. Liability We deliver creative content. We are not responsible for ad performance, platform changes, or how you use the content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
7. Termination Either party may cancel with written notice. You pay for work completed up to cancellation.
